Interventions

Control group:0.9% normal saline anesthesia was followed by continuous pumping until 2 h after the opening of the new liver
Low-dose group:Tranexamic acid 2 mg/kg/h was anesthetized and pumped continuously until 2 hours after the opening of the new liver
High-dose group:Tranexamic acid 10 mg/kg/h was anesthetized and pumped continuously until 2 h after the opening of the new liver

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Patients who plan to undergo allogeneic liver transplantation; 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to tranexamic acid injection; 2. Budd-Chiari syndrome; 3. History of epilepsy; 4. Patients who underwent kidney transplantation at the same time; 5. Patients receiving renal dialysis; 6. Liver transplantation again; 7. Amyloidosis neuropathy;
