Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute spinal cord injury in the neck, chest, and waist segments, caused by trauma. (2) Age range: 18-70 years old. (3) Good state of consciousness. (4) American Spinal Cord Injury Association (ASIA) injury classification A-C levels; (5) Magnetic resonance imaging examination suggests spinal cord injury; (6) Ensure the completion of the entire research cycle and cooperate in completing rehabilitation training. (7) Voluntarily participate in clinical research, understand and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Primary spinal cord injury combined with severe traumatic brain injury and inability to cooperate with neurological function tests; (2) Patients with unstable vital signs caused by high-level spinal cord injury; (3) Suffering from other systemic diseases and unable to undergo surgical treatment. (4) Suffering from other serious organic diseases or other central nervous system abnormalities that affect symptom analysis, intraoperative observation, or postoperative recovery. (5) Merge with other spinal cord diseases such as spinal deformities, spinal cavities, spinal vascular malformations, ankylosing spondylitis, spinal tumors, etc; (6) Malignant tumor patients; (7) Neurodegenerative disorders: such as dementia, mental disorders, Parkinson's disease, etc; (8) Muscle weakness patients; (9) Analysis of test results for severe impact of central and peripheral nervous system diseases, such as cerebral infarction and ischemic diseases; (10) Patients with peripheral nervous system diseases such as diabetes; (11) Active or aggravating infectious diseases, such as syphilis, AIDS, hepatitis B, etc; (12) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 6 months
