Intervention Group:the intervention group implements the resourcefulness training based on the resourcefulness theory on the basis of the control group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage in China (2019)" and "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China (2018)", and have been diagnosed as having stroke through CT or MRI imaging. (2) Aged 60 years or older. (3) With stable vital signs. (4) Without cognitive dysfunction, having certain reading and comprehension abilities, and no communication barriers. (5) The patients or their main caregivers can use video and network support and are able to participate in remote intervention and follow-up. (6) The family members of the patients can cooperate and participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who suffer from mental illnesses. (2) Those who are completely unable to take care of themselves. (3) Those who are currently participating in other similar research studies.
