Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes; 2. Time of diagnosis of diabetes mellitus>=3 months; 3. Have good understanding and communication skills, and be able to complete the questionnaire independently or with the assistance of the researcher; 4. Patients with informed consent, voluntarily participating in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of severe mental illness; 2. Maternal; 3. Infants and young children; 4. Those who are participating in similar studies
