Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pelvic organ prolapse scheduled for pelvic floor reconstruction under general anesthesia; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III; 3. Age 45-85 years old; 4. BMI 18-30 kg/m^2; 5. Voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic pain; 2. Allergy to local anesthetics; 3. Infection at the injection site; 4. Coagulation dysfunction; 5. Those with poor control of blood pressure or blood glucose and severe complications (preoperative systolic blood pressure > 160 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg, fasting blood glucose > 6.5 mmol/L); 6. Patients with poor compliance and communication disorders cannot understand the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score or the usage of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA).
