Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Medical staff from hospitals across the country who are involved in delivery room resuscitation, including pediatricians, neonatologists, anesthesiologists, obstetricians, nurses, and midwives. 2)No significant visual impairment or dysfunction of the head or hands, and able to operate VR equipment. 3)Voluntarily participate in this study after attending the neonatal resuscitation training course held by our hospital. 4)Pass the theoretical examination on neonatal resuscitation. 5)Participants will be stratified and randomized based on whether they have prior clinical experience in endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Presence of head or hand dysfunction that prevents operation of the VR equipment. 2)Inability to tolerate wearing the HoloLens device or experiencing adverse reactions such as dizziness. 3)Already possess advanced endotracheal intubation skills (e.g., neonatal specialists with more than five years of experience).
