18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical status classification I–III; 2.Undergoing elective surgery under intravenous anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 3.Clear consciousness and fluent communication before anesthesia; 4.Able to cooperate with preoperative and postoperative scale assessments; 5.Signed informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previously diagnosed with cognitive impairment, psychiatric disorders, or neurological diseases; 2.Long-term use of antipsychotics, sedatives, or similar medications; 3.Intraoperative cardiac arrest, multiple organ failure, or other conditions requiring emergency resuscitation; 4.Participation in other clinical studies, or withdrawal/loss to follow-up during the study; 5.Severe language, visual, or auditory impairments that prevent completion of assessments.
