Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 45-60 years old, both sexes; 2. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria and had surgical indications for knee preservation with osteotomy around the knee joint; 3. There was no absolute contraindication to surgery in the preoperative routine laboratory tests and examinations. Patients who did not participate in other clinical trials within 4.1 years during the follow-up period; 5. All subjects were willing to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hematological or other infectious diseases; 2. Systemic neurological diseases; 3. Pregnant and lactating women and those who are planning to become pregnant recently; 4. Suffering from mental disease, lack of self-control, unable to express clearly; 5. Unwillingness to restrict activity or follow medical advice; 6. The researchers considered that it was not suitable; 7. Severe osteoporosis; 8. Severe knee osteoarthritis; 9. Others are not willing to comply with the special requirements of osteotomy around the knee joint for knee preservation.
