Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative pathological diagnosis of high-grade glioma of the brain; 2.Age greater than 18 years; 3.Complete preoperative and postoperative clinical and imaging data; 4.Patients were treated with the Stupp regimen;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete clinical data or imaging data; 2. Combined with other malignant tumors; 3. The image quality is poor and cannot meet the diagnostic needs.
