Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient is aged between 18-70 years old; 2.Acute brain injury patients (cerebral hemorrhage, stroke, traumatic brain injury, metabolic encephalopathy, etc.) who require endotracheal intubation to maintain airway and expectoration upon admission to the ICU; 3.Has spontaneous breathing; 4.The patient undergoes invasive mechanical ventilation for at least 24 hours; 5.Obtained informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Unable to pass the SBT test; 3.Tracheotomy or death before going offline; 4.Accidental extubation; 5.Concurrent severe lung diseases (such as COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary embolism); 6.Merge severe arrhythmia and heart failure; 7.Do not agree to sign the informed consent form; 8.Currently participating in other drug clinical trials or participating in other clinical trials within 30 days.
