18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.healthy adults (18-80 years old); 2.missing teeth in the mandibular posterior region (no more than three adjacent teeth); 3.presence of keratinized gingiva at the implant site with a keratinized tissue width (bucco-lingual mucogingival junction distance) =2 mm; 4.absence of systemic diseases or active periodontitis;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.smokers (>10 cigarettes/day); 2.poor oral hygiene and health status: Full-mouth plaque index > 25%; Full-mouth bleeding index > 25%; 3.pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4.patients with surgical contraindications or uncontrolled systemic diseases; 5.history of mucogingival surgery in the surgical site;
