3 Years to 4 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All the children were over 3 years old (3 years old from the date of investigation); (2) have lived locally for more than 6 months; (3) can continue to participate in the research within 2 years; (4) No antibiotic treatment within one month. (5) No oral local treatment within one month; (6) Children's guardians have informed consent and are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) those suffering from serious systemic diseases; (2) allergic to reagents or have a history of asthma; (3) A history of fluoride coating within 1-2 weeks; (4) Unable to cooperate with the investigator.
