Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The presence of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage was determined by cranial CT or MRI examination, which meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke; 2. Patients with the first diagnosis of the presence of isolated lower extremity venous intermuscular thrombosis; 3. Patients who have previously signed an informed consent for biospecimen donation, agreeing to donate their samples and data for all medical research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with combined proximal lower extremity deep vein thrombosis or thrombosis of popliteal, anterior tibial, posterior tibial, or peroneal veins; 2.Previous VTE or suspected PE; 3. Patients who require long-term anticoagulation for reasons other than combined atrial fibrillation.
