Interventions

Standard mask preoxygenation group:Before induction of anesthesia, the mask was closed tightly at 6L/min with 3min of calm breathing or eight deep breaths
The control group received conventional nasal catheter oxygen inhalation:Before induction of anesthesia, conventional nasal catheter, 6L/min, 3min of calm oxygen inhalation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with early intrauterine pregnancy indicated by ultrasound for painless abortion; 2) aged 18-45 years old; 3)BMI < 30kg/m^2; 4)ASA physical status ? or ?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) recent acute upper respiratory tract infection; 2) emergency surgery; 3) communication or cognitive impairment; 4) Propofol or opioid allergy; 5) severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction.
