Interventions

Experimental group:Ultrasound-guided transverse abdominal plane block was performed during anesthesia induction, and intraoperative muscle relaxation was maintained at a PTC count of 1-2
Control group:Ultrasound-guided transverse abdominal plane block was performed during anesthesia induction, and intraoperative muscle relaxation was maintained at a TOF count of 1-2

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Body Mass Index (BMI): 18.5-30 kg/m²; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status I-III; 4.Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of colorectal surgery, open surgery, emergency surgery, pelvic sepsis surgery or preoperative ostomy; 2. Previous history of neuromuscular disease or malignant hyperthermia; 3. Failure of vital organs; 4. Have serious heart, liver, lung and kidney diseases; 5. Allergy to sugammadex or rocuronium; 6. Severe mental disorder or severe hearing impairment unable to communicate normally.
