Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the disease; 2. The attending physician agrees to start resistance training; 3. Complete clinical data; 4. Patients aged 18-50 years; 5. Those who tolerate muscle strength training; 6. Those who sign the informed consent form and voluntarily serve as the subject of the subject, can actively cooperate with the treatment, follow the established treatment plan, and can adhere to the whole process according to the timeline to complete the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria for meniscal injury; 2. Patients with knee meniscus injury due to fracture, joint dislocation, ligament rupture; 3. History of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, peripheral vascular lesions and abnormal coagulation function; 4. Those who have lower limb joint dysfunction due to encephalopathy or other neurological diseases; 5. Those who have poor compliance and change or terminate the treatment plan at will during the treatment period; 6. Patients treated with perfusion drugs and arthrocentesis; 7. Patients with severe internal diseases such as brain, heart, liver, kidney, endocrine system, blood system and other internal diseases that are unable to carry out functional rehabilitation training, as well as patients with mental diseases; 8. Pregnant women.
