Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with CML-like ALL (Ph+ ALL) or CML patients with BCR-ABL gene positive; At least 18 years of age; Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent. Healthy group inclusion criteria: age between 18 and 60 years; Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria in case group: other types of leukemia except CML, Ph+ALL; Patients with severe infection, other malignant tumors or dysfunction of important organs; Pregnant or lactating women; Patients who don't want to cooperate with the study. Exclusion criteria for the healthy group: a recent history of infectious disease, drug use, or other factors that might affect the results of the study.
