Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with drug-resistant temporal lobe epilepsy; 2. Aged 14 years or older; 3. Duration of the disease >= 2 years; 4. The Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale test, with full-scale IQ and verbal comprehension index scores not below 80, ensuring no impact on the understanding and description of precursor symptoms; 5. Underwent SEEG examination and received electrical stimulation, and the preoperative evaluation indicators were inconsistent with SEEG localization. 6. Underwent epilepsy surgery or radiofrequency ablation treatment; 7. Informed consent obtained from the patients and their families, with willingness to cooperate in follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in a state of schizophrenia, delirium, or other conditions that impair the ability to understand or express themselves, preventing comprehension of this project; 2. Duration of the disease < 2 years; 3. Full-scale IQ and verbal comprehension index scores below 80 on the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale, which may affect the understanding and description of precursor symptoms; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Patients or their families providing informed consent but refusing participation in the study.
