18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-85 years; 2. Elective surgery; 3. ASA classification II-III; 4. Preoperative blood gas 60mmHg < PaO2 < 80mmHg (breathing air); 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for THRIVE technology include: severe gastroesophageal reflux and other diseases with a high risk of aspiration, skull base fractures or nasal bone fractures, intracranial nervous system diseases, intracranial hypertension; 2. Acute or severe respiratory system diseases (including obvious CO2 retention, pH < 7.25), cardiovascular system diseases; 3. Patients who change oxygen therapy method after extubation; 4. Patients who are transferred to ICU without extubation after surgery; 5. Patients who refuse to use this technology.
