Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Guided by symptoms (symptom clusters), focus on three groups of people: those with unexplained symptoms (such as fatigue, weight loss, edema) for>=3 months and no clear diagnosis through routine examinations; 2. Contradictory laboratory/imaging results (such as elevated tumor markers but negative imaging); 3. Multiple systemic symptoms cannot be explained by a single specialist (such as abdominal pain, joint pain, and rash).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A clear diagnosis of the disease has been made; 2. Serious mental illness or cognitive impairment; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Unable to cooperate with follow-up patients.
