Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infants attending Shengjing Hospital with a diagnosis of brain injury were diagnosed based on the 2012 Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Prevention of Brain Injury in Preterm Infants developed by the Neonatal Specialty Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctors' Association, and caregivers gave informed consent to voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infants with brain injury with inborn genetic metabolic disorders, congenital malformations and severe complications in other organs.
