18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)aged 18-70 years;2)presence of sleep disturbed breathing, such as snoring, sleepiness and chocking;3)Tibetan or Han; 4)living at elevation above 3650 m for more than 5 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)severe, uncontrolled or unstable physical diseases, including cancer, heart failure, stroke, etc;2) severe mental diseases, such as major depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, etc. 3) exposure to low altitude (1500 m) for one week during last 6 month; 4) Those who are considered unsuitable by the investigator to participate in this study, such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc
