Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with single-segment or 2-3-segment lumbar disc herniation or lumbar spinal stenosis at L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1; 2 Patients with ?° lumbar spondylolisthesis leading to stenosis of the corresponding segment accompanied by lower limb symptoms;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Revision surgery; 2 Spinal tumors; 3 Infection; 4 New vertebral fractures; 5 Patients who need bilateral root canal decompression; 6 Patients with ?° or higher spondylolisthesis who need bilateral decompression and reduction; 7 Patients with scoliosis who need correction.
