Control group:Managing childhood asthma in traditional asthma clinics.
Intervention group:Receiving asthma management in a nurse led multi team collaboration asthma clinic.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for asthma as outlined in the 2024 Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA) guidelines and have been diagnosed with asthma. 2.Children aged between 4 and 18 years. 3.Children with asthma and their parents or legal guardians who agree to participate in this study. 4.Availability of a smartphone among at least one parent, primary caregiver, or the child themselves.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with other acute or chronic comorbid conditions. 2.Children whose family members are unable to use mobile application software.
