Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Patients who were admitted to Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from May 2022 to March 2024, admitted to ICU and diagnosed with sepsis; 3. Sepsis meets the Sepsis3.0 definition and diagnostic criteria;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of autoimmune disease or history of immunosuppressive therapy within 8 weeks prior to admission. 2.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3.End-stage malignancy; 4.Sepsis patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion in this study based on the investigator’s judgment.
