Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Donor: a potential donor who meets the legal requirements of China and has been determined through strict medical procedures to be an organ donor, signs an informed consent form to donate organs and tissues after their death, and clearly expresses their willingness to donate bladder and corresponding vascular tissue for transplantation; 2. Recipient: A patient with chronic kidney disease stage V, who also has neurogenic bladder disease. Through urodynamic examination, it was confirmed that the reduced bladder capacity and increased detrusor pressure caused upper urinary tract dysfunction. The patient agrees to undergo allogeneic kidney transplantation and allogeneic bladder VCA transplantation at the same time or in stages. The transplantation procedure is carried out according to the distribution principle of human organ distribution and sharing computer system in China.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Donor: The donor may have potential bladder disease, including but not limited to: severe diabetes, neurogenic bladder, bladder tumor, bladder infection, severe lower urinary tract obstructive disease that has caused bladder function impairment, etc. 2.Recipients: The recipients may have conditions that may lead to the failure of bladder VCA transplantation, including but not limited to: severe diabetes, active systemic infection or bladder infection requiring antibiotic treatment, thrombophilia, severe iliac vascular lesions, urethral lesions, malignant tumors or a history of malignant tumors in the past 5 years, pregnant or lactating women, women of childbearing age who are unwilling to accept contraception, and poor patient compliance as determined by the researchers.
