Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for colorectal cancer and have completed radical colorectal cancer resection; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for sedentary behavior 3. Age>=18 years; 4. Have normal cognitive and communication skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A colostomy or rectostomy is performed; 2. Rehospitalization within the 6-month follow-up time limit; 3. Serious complications or other malignant tumors.
