Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) All were initially diagnosed as breast cancer by pathology; (2) All underwent modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer combined with axillary lymph node dissection; (3) Those rated as high-risk by the postoperative lymphedema risk scoring system for breast cancer patients; (4) Understand one's own condition and agree to participate in this study; (5) The cancer cells have not undergone distant metastasis; (6) No serious diseases of other organs were combined.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Non-primary breast cancer (2) Suffering from severe cognitive impairment and unable to communicate normally; (3) There was upper limb edema and functional abnormalities before the operation; (4) The skin of the affected limb has ulceration, infection and venous thrombosis, etc.
