Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for classic Fever of Unknown Origin (FUO) (Petersdorf criteria): fever persisting for >=3 weeks; body temperature repeatedly >=38.3°C; and no definitive diagnosis after >=1 week of hospital investigation. 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Conscious; 4. Able to understand the questionnaire and answer questions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment; 2. Mental illness; 3. Critically ill and unable to cooperate in completing the survey.
