Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Undergo cardiac surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Delirium was present upon admission; 2. Suffering from severe mental disorders such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, or cognitive functional disorders such as mental retardation and dementia; 3. Deafness or blindness; 4. Patients who are unable to undergo delirium assessment, such as those in a persistent coma or with language disorders; 5. The check-in time is less than 24 hours.
