Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative pathological examination confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma; 2. Radical hepatectomy for the first time in our hospital; 3. The age of the patient is 18-80 years old; 4. The whole body is in good condition, and there are no serious organic lesions of the heart, lungs, kidneys and other important organs; 5. The preoperative Child-Pugh grade was A or B, the residual liver volume was greater than 40% of the standard liver volume, and the ICG 15-minute retention rate was less than 10%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have undergone any other anti-tumor therapy before surgery; 2. Accompanied by multiple intrahepatic metastases, distant metastases or other malignant tumors; 3. Preoperative tumor rupture or palliative liver resection; 4. Postoperative pathological confirmation of mixed hepatocellic-cholangiocarcinoma; 5. Immunohistochemistry results and other relevant clinical data are missing.
