Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of liver disease, extensive hepatectomy (defined as >=3 liver segments or right posterior lobe of liver; 2.18-80 year-old; 3.ECOG(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group)<=1; 4.ASA(American Society of Anesthesiology)<=III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Child-Pugh C; 2.Patients who have undergone liver surgery before or those who have undergone liver surgery in the emergency department; 3.Vulnerable groups include people with mental illnesses, those with cognitive impairments, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women and lactating women Female, illiterate, etc.
