Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Taking the patients with open heart valve replacement in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat sen University as the research object, 75 patients from December 2024 to may 2025 were selected as the control group, and 75 patients from June 2025 to December 2025 were selected as the experimental group. The admission patients strictly followed the inclusion and discharge criteria of this study. There was no significant difference between the two groups in age, gender, operation name, marital status, education level and other aspects (p>0.05), Comparable. Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who underwent heart valve replacement by median sternotomy ;2. 18 <=age <= 70 years ;3.those who were conscious and communicable; 4. those who were informed and consented to the study
