Conventional anesthesia group:Conventional-dose propofol-fentanyl intravenous anesthesia
Conscious sedation group:Anesthesia with low-dose remifentanil combined with minimal propofol

65 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 65-80 years old 2. Proposed painless gastrointestinal endoscopy or surgery 3. ASA grading I-IV
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complex endoscopic diagnosis and treatment techniques are required 2. Hypertension is not satisfactorily controlled 3. Myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction within the past 3 months 4. Recent use of opioids and benzodiazepines 5. Have a history of alcohol or drug abuse 6. Severe systemic disease 7. Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study 8. Combined neurological diseases 9. Has participated in other clinical trials
