Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnostic criteria: The diagnosis of AIDS was in accordance with the relevant criteria of "Guidelines for AIDS Diagnosis and Treatment in China (2021 edition)"; 2.patients who underwent various bone and joint operations during hospitalization; 3.Aged from 18 to 65 years old; 4.Primary school or above education, no language communication barrier, can understand communication and cooperation normally, no mental disease; 5.They volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who dropped out; 2.Temporary cancellation of surgery; 3.patients with serious damage of heart, liver, kidney, brain or other organs or malignant tumors; 4.patients during pregnancy or lactation;
