Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 10-18 years, first or recurrent patellar dislocation with osteochondral fracture (confirmed by MRI or arthroscopy); 2.Fracture mass diameter >=10mm or the presence of free body requires surgical fixation; 3.Underwent MPFL reconstruction or prosthesis combined with internal fixation/microfracture management; 4.Failure of conservative treatment (e.g. recurrent dislocation, persistent pain).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other knee ligament injuries (such as ACL rupture); 2.Prior patellar surgery or severe osteoarthritis (Outerbridge grade >=III); 3.Combined with developmental patellofemoral malformations (such as high patellar and trochlear dysplasia), corrective surgery was performed; 4.Inability to complete post-operative follow-up (e.g. remote living, mental illness).
