30 Years to 69 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily signed informed consent. 2.Age between 30 and 69 years at the time of screening. 3.Residents of Guangdong Province or Guangxi Province. 4.Able to cooperate with long-term follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe medical comorbidities, significant organ (heart, lung, liver, kidney) dysfunction, or psychiatric disorders. 2.Severe autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiency. 3.History of or current malignant tumors. 4.Inability to cooperate with the study due to psychological, social, familial, or geographical reasons.
