Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery under elective general anesthesia. 2.It is rated I-III by the American College of Anesthesiologists. 3.Communicate well, participate voluntarily, sign informed consent forms and have the ability to comply with follow-up plans as well as other research requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Anesthesia puncture site infection; 2.Coagulation disorders; 3.Experimental drug allergy; 4.Upper extremity nerve injury or compression, history of mental illness. 5.Participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months. 6.There is severe organ failure, such as heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, respiratory failure, kidney failure, and liver failure. 7.History of chronic pain or preoperative lung puncture localization.
