Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Doctors: 1.Psychiatrists who need direct contact with schizophrenics in their daily work; 2. On-the-job registration and clinical working time of 1 year; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Nurse: 1. Obtain the qualification certificate of nurse; 2. Engaged in clinical nursing in psychiatric department for one year or more; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Schizophrenia patients: 1. diagnosed as schizophrenia according to ICD-10 diagnostic criteria; 2. The age is 18 ~ 65 years, the course of disease is more than 2 years, and the education level is junior high school or above. 3. Have sufficient knowledge of one's own illness (realize the diagnosis of schizophrenia, regard hallucinations, delusions and other mental symptoms as abnormal, and need antipsychotic treatment). Family members: 1. The patient's diagnosis conforms to the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia in ICD-10 , and patients suffering from other major physical diseases are excluded; 2. Ability to understand and express; 3. Living and living with patients before admission; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study; 5. Have the power to decide the patient's treatment plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Doctor: 1. Psychiatrists have been off duty for more than 3 months; 2. Doctors who were not on duty during the investigation for various reasons. Nurses: 1. Non-in-service nurses in our hospital; 2. Persons who are temporarily absent from work due to study, going out for further study, maternity leave, etc. Schizophrenia patients: 1. severe diseases in other organs and systems; 2. Mental illness caused by brain tissue damage; 3. Pregnant and lactating women. Family members: 1. Non-family caregivers, such as nannies and carers; 2. Caregivers are accompanied by mental disorder or other serious diseases.
