Interventions

Observation Group:The observation group received companionship-based emotional care in addition to the standard treatment given to the control group.
Control Group:The control group received standard NIPPV care.

40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who require non-invasive ventilator therapy and have no contraindications. 2.Patients aged 40-80 years. 3.The patient or their legal guardian must agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclude patients older than 85years. 2.Exclude patients with severe complications or significant disease progression. 3.Exclude patients with a history of frequent non-invasive ventilator use.
