Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: NSCLC Patients: Patients admitted with pulmonary nodules or masses diagnosed by LDCT. Postoperative pathology confirms NSCLC. Benign Pulmonary Nodule Patients: Patients admitted with pulmonary nodules or masses diagnosed by LDCT. Postoperative pathology confirms a benign lesion. Healthy Individuals: Aged 40-80 years. No pulmonary nodules confirmed by LDCT during routine health check-ups.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: NSCLC Patients: Patients without LDCT results. Patients lacking complete clinicopathological diagnosis. Patients whose tumors could not be accurately resected. Patients diagnosed with a non-NSCLC subtype. Patients with non-primary NSCLC. Patients with other malignancies. Patients lost to follow-up. Benign Pulmonary Nodule Patients: Patients without LDCT results. Patients lacking complete clinicopathological diagnosis. Patients whose tumors could not be accurately resected. Patients with other malignancies. Patients lost to follow-up. Healthy Individuals: Individuals without LDCT results. Individuals with other underlying diseases. Individuals with a history of blood donation or transfusion within one month prior to the health check-up. Individuals lost to follow-up.
