Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: secondary school students in grades 7-9 who are willing and able to participate in the project for seven consecutive weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with risk of suicide in the past 6 months , (2) having taken psychotropic drugs or received psychological treatment in the past 6 months.
