Control group:The same dose of normal saline was pumped during the operation, and the postoperative analgesic pump was sufentanil 1.5ug/kg + nisolone 120mg + dexmedetomidine 0.025ug/(kg·h) + ramosetro
Esketamine Group:Esketamine 0.125mg/(kg·h) was injected intraoperatively, and esketamine 0.03mg/(kg·h) + nisone 120mg + dexmedetomidine 0.025ug/(kg·h) + ramosetron 1.2mg + NS=100ml was used for postop

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The operation time of TKA = 65 years old; 3. American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I.~II; 4. Body mass index (BMI): 21~34 kg/m^2; 5. Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) >=8.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dysfunction of important organs, combined with ischemic heart disease and adrenal insufficiency; 2. Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension; 3. Patients with untreated or undertreated hyperthyroidism; 4. Recent taking of drugs that affect sleep; 5. Patients with a risk of severe elevated intracranial pressure; 6. History of allergy to the drugs used in this study.
