Experimental group:On the basis of routine nutritional care, implement the nutritional care skills guidance program for family caregivers of patients with advanced cancer.
Control group:Refer to the "Guidelines for Hospice Care Practice (Trial)" to provide routine nutritional care.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with advanced cancer (1) Patients with advanced cancer who have been registered in hospices; (2) The patient has certain communication and reading abilities and can fully cooperate. (3) The patient agrees to participate in this study. Inclusion criteria for family caregivers (1) Select the caregiver with the longest care duration and an age > 18 years old; (2) The caregiver has certain communication and reading abilities and can fully cooperate. (3) The caregiver agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient has a mental disorder. (2) Caregivers who have received systematic training in care skills.
