18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 <= Age<65 years old, Body Mass Index 18-30kg/m^2, ASA II-IV grade; (2) No severe central nervous system, lung, liver, brain dysfunction, etc; (3) Cognitive function is normal, with the ability to autonomously describe pain levels.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of alcohol abuse, use of antipsychotic drugs, and dependence on narcotic drugs; (2) Individuals with abnormal function of important organs.
