Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged >18 years; 2) Met the ESC diagnostic criteria for acute heart failure, and was admitted due to acute heart failure this time, including chronic heart failure Acute exacerbation of exhaustion; 3) Congestive heart failure; 4) Family caregivers or professional caregivers took care of them during hospitalization; 5) Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Cardiogenic shock (systolic blood pressure <90mmHg) 2) Heart failure requiring mechanical support (IABP, endotracheal intubation, ECMO, LVAD, CRRT, etc.) 3) Renal failure (eGFR <15ml/min/1.73m2) 4) Liver failure (Child-Pugh class C) 5) Disability, disability or cognitive impairment (inability to function independently when stable) 6) No family support (living alone, no relatives) 7) Acute myocardial infarction, including STEMI and NSTEMI 8) Other situations in which the patient must be cared for by a caregiver (e.g., admission to an intensive care unit) 9) Discontinuation of treatment due to severe illness 10) Other circumstances considered by the researcher as inappropriate for participation
