18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients in our department undergoing coronary interventional surgery via radial approach; 2.Age over 18 years and under 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous ipsilateral radial artery puncture patients; 2.Patients with unstable vital signs; 3.Patients who are unconscious or unable to perform experimental procedures; 4.Patients with intraoperative limb mobility difficulties; 5.A patient with a poor radial artery who has undergone multiple punctures; 6.Patients with original swelling of limbs and skin infection and ulceration on the operative side; 7.Patients with significant abnormal coagulation function; 8.Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 9.Peripheral vascular disease; 10.Obesity, wasting (BMI>30, BMI<16).
