Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) full-time students enrolled in school in grades 3-6; and (2) students who have obtained consent from themselves, their school, and their parents to participate in this survey and intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) students with verbal communication disorders or cognitive deficits who were unable to cooperate with the study; (2) students who could not understand the questionnaire and were unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire; and (3) students who were unable to participate during the intervention period for various reasons.
