Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria, confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 2. Age: 18-59 years old; 3.Duration of the disease=17 points for less than elementary school education, =20 points for elementary school education, and =24 points for more than elementary school education; 5. Patients voluntarily signed an informed consent form to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with major diseases such as combined severe organ dysfunction and respiratory failure; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Patients with recurrent stroke during the study; 4. Patients with severe mental disorders, cognitive disorders, hearing and comprehension disorders; 5. Those who have not signed the informed consent form.
