Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. General information of the subjects: Age range of consultation is 0-18 years old, gender is not limited; 2. The target pathological status is related to intracranial infection caused by pathogens (bacteria, viruses, fungi, or parasites) invading cranial tissues (brain parenchyma, meninges, ventricular system, etc.). Diagnosis is based on clinical symptoms (systemic infection, increased intracranial pressure, meningeal irritation, neurological symptoms), lab tests (blood tests, CSF examination), pathogen detection, imaging, EEG, and brain biopsy. Diagnostic references include the latest Chinese guidelines on autoimmune encephalitis, encephalitis, and bacterial meningitis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete medical records that can't meet the needs of diagnosis, treatment, and tracking dynamic condition changes; 2. Unclear diagnosis.
